In the video(link below) it states that the results of the investigation will be published this week. I'm guessing that means that we might find out about waterowrk/new procedures soon?
Anyway, here's an interesting video to watch....

heres to OSHA having common sense,and alright better H & S ,but let seaworld do what they do best,,the trainers know the risk,but they know the risk is well worth a special bond

The story is old, the video was uploaded a few days ago but the results OSHA put out, happened months ago.. That is why bars are now used time-to-time at the stadium. SeaWorld is currently contesting the results that OSHA put out and it will end up in a court case. Waterworks will ONLY return once SeaWorld has finished their own internal investigation.. I read through all the pages in the OSHA report and don't remember reading that trainers had to get out of the water( but not 100% sure), that was just a pure SeaWorld move, but right now safety modifications are being made to the pool(s) to help in case of another accident.
