Animal Communication: Fact or Fiction?

I was looking at some pictures today on Deviantart, and I noticed a comment someone had made about animal communication: talking to animals using your mind. The concept intrigued me, so I started looking into it, and I was AMAZED at what I found! There are people all over the world who specialize in this, and the one thing they say is that everybody is capable of doing it with the right instruction.

There are many more websites that explain it as well, but those are 2 of the ones I read through.

I'm extremely intrigued by the idea, and want to look into it a lot more, possibly even take some lessons if I can. In the meantime, I found a couple of very interesting books on the subject:

The more I look into this, the more I feel that this is completely possible and that I could do it as well-or, almost can at this point.
My whole life I've felt like I'm just on the brink of communication, like it's right there, but I don't know how to access it. Maybe this is my key! Or maybe I'm just crazy. xD Regardless, I will let you all decide as well. What do you think?

theres always a joke among trainers have worked with saying "animals can read your mind", even in the book "listening to whales" alexandra morton was talking to a trainer about teaching corky a dorsal fin slap and corky started doing it out of nowhere.

I personally have seen my own share of things working with the belugas and dolphins to think its not just out of coincidence, it may-- be possible if your working with an animal long enough to "know" what they might be thinking.

But channeling a whale from iceland or san diego that you dont know.. i doubt it.
